What makes the difference between a Thai or an Indian curry?

Authors list
Truth be told Indian and Thai curries have more in common than they have differences. Curries are cooked worldwide. In India and Pakistan of course, but also all over SouthEast Asia, South Africa, and even some variations in the Caribbean.
Mostly, Thai curries are “fresher” with the use of fresh herbs, coconut and ginger. They also cook quickly, almost like a stir-fry.
